Esteem Eclipse Ultra Lightweight Transit Wheelchair

The Esteem Eclipse transit wheelchair is based on the very popular and reliable Eclipse self propelled model which has proven to be very popular.

This lightweight aluminium wheelchair comes with attendant brakes as standard which can be used to slow and stop the wheelchair. Available in an 18" seat width, the Eclipse transit wheelchair comes with many features aimed at maximising comfort and safety.

Features include an easy to use folding mechanism that reduces the chair to just 13" when folded making it easy to stow in confined spaces. The back is half folding which further reduces the space needed for storage.

The rear wheels are quick release. The flip-up arm rests are also detachable as are the flip up arm rests that are designed to simplify side transfers. The powder coated aluminium frame is very durable yet remains light in weight at just 7.3kgs when the removable parts are detached.

Please note that Anti-Tip Wheels are not fitted as standard. If you select them as an optional extra you will need to be fit them yourself.
